Refund and Returns Policy

At Onestog, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Return Policy: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, with tags attached, and not worn or washed.
• Exchange Policy: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process.
• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping charges for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.
